All cutting boards, chacuterie boards, serving boards, and any other wood product, etc. are NOT to be washed in a dishwasher. Washing this type of product in a dishwasher will void all return and warranty coverage of the product. They must all be hand washed ONLY.

Limited Warranty* Terms and Conditions

This Limited Warranty is the covered warranty made by Moore Handcrafted Woodworks in regards to standard furniture and wood products. No custom furniture including but not limited to that which has utilized personalization or custom engraving is covered under these terms and conditions. By purchasing the custom furniture, the customer acknowledges that the limited liability is part of the sale, this is a binding document and may be used by Moore Handcrafted Woodworks against the buyer. Moore Handcrafted Woodworks is not required to provide warranty services unless the customer has paid its purchases in full under this or any other invoice received.

Limited Warranty Coverage Information

Moore Handcrafted Woodworks will warrant the customer that the furniture/product purchased shall be free of defects in worksmanship ONLY for a period of 1 year from the date of the pickup/drop off documentation. Wood is a natural product and is therefore unpredictable and can change based on climate, final installation location, etc. Any cracking, cupping, twisting, warping, etc. of the wood is not covered under this limited Warranty. No finishing is covered for any piece of furniture/product outside of 6 months from delivery/pickup date indicated on the final invoice. Warranty coverage is limted to only repair and/or replacement of the furniture product. There is no personal property damage coverage due to a failure in any piece of furniture regardless if its a worksmanship defect, fasteners, negligence on the customers behalf, or due to the nature of the wood used. Moore Handcrafted woodworks will have the sole discretion of determining whether the furniture is covered under this limited warranty. If the furniture is determined to be defective because of poor workmanship as reasonably determined by Moore Handcrafted Woodworks; Moore Handcrafted Woodworks agrees to either replace or repair the furniture free of charge, excluding shipping or handling charges at Moore Handcrafted Woodworks option. No act of the customer whether purposeful or accidental including but not limited to damage, neglegent care, to the furniture/product (including but not limited to any finish, hardware, etc.) is covered under this limited warranty. Any furniture/products that are replaced and or repaired under this warranty will itself be warrantied for only the duration of the warranty period for the original piece of furniture/product  that is being replaced/repaired.
